- Operating season: all year round (except on King's Day: 27th April)
- Important: Bus Only voucher valid for 3 months and Bus & Cruise voucher for 1 months from the date of purchase.
- Buses may operate at maximum capacity on weekends, during the summer, or on holidays due to the nature of the excursion. We suggest that customers wait for the next bus. In these circumstances, there will be no reimbursement.
- You are invited to use your own wired headphones with a jack connector or the complimentary headphones that are provided.
- Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds won't be given unless the weather causes the service to be discontinued.
- Information for Cruise Passengers: Cruise guests will find bus stop 2 directly in front of the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (PTA), located at the tram stop on the other side of the road. For guests who wish to board the boat, they can board the Green Line at stop 2, next to the PTA.
- The bus is wheelchair accessible but wheelchair users must be able to enter and exit the bus independently due to safety reasons
- The boat is not wheelchair accessible
- No pets allowed, only service dogs
- Large groups (10+ people) may not all be able to hop on the same bus and boat at the same time due to the number of available seats
Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
- The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.
