- Copenhagen is a busy city, therefore periodically there may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
- Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.
- Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
- There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
- Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

- Low Rates: Monday - Thursday Between 01st January - 10th April and then 6th October - 31st December
- High Rates: Friday - Sunday Between 01st January - 10th April and then 10th October - 31st December, Daily from 11th April - 5th October
- Customers who use the bus from Monday - Thursday during the low-price season, will only have access to the Classic Route.
- At weekends and in summer, all 3 routes will be available. Tickets can be used any day no matter when they're bought.

Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
