Redemption Info
- Passengers may board the bus at any designated stop, and vouchers can be directly exchanged with the driver.
- Upon exchanging your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which must be retained until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
- It is essential to verify the expiration date on your ticket. Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher becomes invalid.
- The company is not responsible for any refunds in the event of a lost voucher or ticket.

Voucher Validity:
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.
Important Info:
- IMPORTANT: Children 3-5 will need a separate ticket for Aquaventure and the Lost Chambers Aquarium.
- Atlantis's child policy is from 3 years old. So 3- and 4-year-olds will need a separate ticket to access Lost Chambers and Aquaventure.
- Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
- There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
- Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
- There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
- Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
- The Al Seef Dhow Cruise, Lost Chambers Aquarium and Aquaventure Waterpark tickets must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher at The Dubai Mall.

- Life jackets are to be worn by all swimmers who are less than 1.2 metres tall (available free of charge)

Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
- You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
