Redemption Info
- Passengers may board the bus at any designated stop, and vouchers can be directly exchanged with the driver.
- Upon exchanging your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which must be retained until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
- It is essential to verify the expiration date on your ticket. Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher becomes invalid.
- The company is not responsible for any refunds in the event of a lost voucher or ticket.

Voucher Validity:
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.
Important Info:
- Our buses are wheelchair accessible.
- Dogs are not permitted on the bus.
- Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
- There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events.
- Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
- There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
- Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
- Children aged 3–5 travel free on the bus, but a separate ticket is required for the attractions.
Cruise Passengers:
- Cruise passengers will be offered a City Sightseeing transfer to the bus terminal in The Dubai Mall where you will be able to choose the Blue or Red route. City Sightseeing Staff will be present in Cruise Terminals 2 & 3 to advise on all ticket information and redemption points.
- City Sightseeing cruise transfer takes approx. 20 minutes (frequency subject to traffic).
Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo:
- The ticket must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher
- Opening hours: every day 10:00 - 21:00
- With a 24- or 48-hour ticket, you get access to the Dubai Aquarium Tunnel only. The Underwater Zoo is not included.
- With a 72-hour ticket, you get access to the full Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, including the Dubai Aquarium Tunnel.
Sky Views Observatory:
- Opening hours: every day 10:00 - 21:00
- Access to Sky Views Observatory and glass walk
- This ticket includes the slide: one time class slide per ticket
- Weight limit for Glass Slide: 30 – 150 kg
- Height limit for Glass Slide: 120 cm – 200 cm
Sunset and Night Tour:
- This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours.

Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
- You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.
Disclaimer
- There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
- Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
- The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
