- To reduce plastic waste and promote a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience, the operator will provide a 20-liter water container. We kindly ask you to bring your own reusable bottle for refills. Additionally, paper cups will be available for your convenience.
- We recommend that all passengers attempt to board the bus at the first stop if possible. During peak season, especially on weekends, buses may reach full capacity, and we advise you to wait for the next available buses. No refunds will be possible under such circumstances.
- Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances, there may be sudden changes to the route or schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may result in delays and alterations to the route. We will do our utmost to ensure a smooth and frequent service! Please note that no refunds will be issued for any changes or cancellations arising from unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
