- You can reedem your voucher at the Bus Terminal or on board the buses.
- Once the voucher is exchanged for a ticket, the voucher will no longer be active, only the ticket will be active, so please keep the ticket until the expiry date. Check your ticket to know when it expires.
- The activity provider is not responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of tickets, so please keep your ticket safe
- For further information, go to the "Yellow Tours and Experiences" official Kiosk at Praça do Comércio (Open from 9:00AM to 6:00PM).
- Flexible Voucher: Your voucher is valid for 180 days. If it is not possible to take the tour within this period or on the date selected at the purchase moment, you can request us a date change by email, which will be made without any penalty, as long as the product is still available.
