- To activate the voucher, kindly present it (either printed or on your smartphone) to the driver or any member of the Yellow Bus Team, or at the "Yellow Tours and Experiences" Kiosk located at Praça do Comércio (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- You will receive a ticket in return for your voucher, which you are required to retain until its expiration date.
- Please verify your ticket to determine its expiration date. Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer be considered valid.
Know Before You Go
- Small pets may be transported on our panoramic buses, trams, and boats, provided they are in carrier baskets and do not occupy a seat. Service dogs are permitted and do not need a carrier basket. Please refer to examples of ACCEPT

- In Lisbon, we do not have a dedicated sales desk at the port. However, we operate several kiosks, stores, and promotional points nearby:
