Hop off at world-famous landmarks like the Tower of London, home to the Crown Jewels. Take a stroll through Hyde Park, the largest and grandest of the Royal Parks, or stop at St Paul’s Cathedral to admire its spectacular Christopher Wren-designed dome, which has dominated the skyline for more than 300 years.
You’ll also get to ride over the iconic Tower Bridge — and here’s a little tip from us: you’ll be able to see it in all its glory as you pass over the equally famous London Bridge… just make sure you’re looking the right way!

- Passengers can board at any stop and simply exchange their booking voucher with the driver/street staff at that point.
- Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
- The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.
- Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.

London Express Tour:
- This is a panoramic city sightseeing bus tour only (NOT a hop-on hop-off tour). However, you can start your tour from any stop along the Red Route.
- Your ticket is valid for 2.5 hours from the time of first redemption.
Hop-On Hop-Off Bus:
- You can start your journey at any of our stops.
- Our buses are wheelchair accessible.
- Dogs in carriers are permitted on the bus.

- Your ticket includes a free cruise on the River Thames. The 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. The 48 and 72-hour tickets include a same day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier.

During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
- Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
