• 1 Day (24 Hours) Unlimited Hop-On Hop-Off Ticket: This ticket can be used only for the date it is booked for.
• Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you may use your own wired earbuds with a jack plug.
• Luggage: Luggage is allowed on the bus. Large suitcases may need to be kept on the lower deck. Please make sure your luggage does not block seats, aisles or other passengers.
• Animals: Only registered service dogs are permitted on the bus. Other pets are not allowed.
• Boarding Advice: If possible, we recommend boarding at the first stop, especially during the busy summer season and weekends. Buses may be crowded, so you may need to wait for the next available bus. Refunds are not available if you are unable to board a full bus and need to wait for the next one.
• Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs.
• Rain or shine, our Hop-On Hop-Off bus and river tour runs year-round in all weather conditions. The lower decks of our buses are covered, and some of our buses feature a semi-open roof so you can continue your tour under cover if the weather changes. As it is London, the weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend checking the forecast beforehand and bringing a light layer or waterproof jacket if rain is due. Refunds due to weather will not be issued unless the service is suspended due to weather.
• Infants will continue to travel free of charge and without a ticket while placed on the lap of a paying adult. If the infant needs a separate individual seat, a kid category ticket must be ordered.
• The tour is open to all ages and designed to be enjoyable for families, couples, and groups alike. Under 5s travel free. There's space on board for prams and buggies but please note that storage is at the discretion of the driver and space is reserved for wheelchair users as a first priority.
• There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events. Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus. There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules. Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
• Thames River Cruise: Thames river cruise operated by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. You can start the river cruise at any of the piers available including Westminster Pier or Tower Pier and enjoy unlimited hop-on hop-off access during the duration of your pass. The cruise takes place during the period of ticket validity.
• Enjoy a return Uber Boat by Thames Clippers cruise to North Greenwich Pier (SE10 0PE).
• You can board from either Westminster Pier (Stop 38), open from 10:00 to 17:00, or Tower Pier (Stop 36), open from 09:15 to 19:00.
• Choose the pier and departure time that best suits your London sightseeing plans.
• London Cable Car: The London Cable Car climbs to around 90 metres above the River Thames, the highest observation point of its kind in the city. A one-way crossing takes about 10 minutes, while a return journey takes up to 25 minutes, depending on conditions.
