- Board the yellow colour bus with the logo "See London by Night" at the bus stop located outside the Green Park underground metro station, adjacent to the Ritz Hotel. If there are any road disruptions, please seek assistance from staff wearing yellow jackets or call our customer service line.
- Vouchers that are printed or mobile are both acceptable.
- Once you exchange your booking voucher for a ticket, it will expire.
- If a voucher or ticket is lost, the company or bus operator will not issue a refund.
- Ticket Validity: You can only use your ticket on the scheduled date and time.

- This is NOT a Hop-on Hop-off Bus trip, so please be aware of that.
- The ticket is valid for one single bus ride only.
- At all times, children must be accompanied by an adult.
- First-come, first-served is the method used to assign seats.
- Customers are strongly advised to be at the meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the trip.
Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
- The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

- Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
