Itinerary
With 5,000 square miles of slowly moving water, the Everglades is a distinctive wetland ecosystem in southern Florida that is home to dense woods, meadows, and a variety of animal species. The swampy Everglades, sometimes known as the "River of Grass," produce endless sawgrass plains that grow three to ten feet above the water's surface.
The renowned flat-bottomed Florida airboats are used because the sawgrass is frequently so dense that it can only be traversed by shallow natural waterways. Birds like the roseate spoonbill, great blue heron, and several egrets are well-known in the Everglades. Alligators, American crocodiles, soft-shelled turtles, and fish like red teriera, large mouth bass, redfish, and catfish are examples of marine life.
Deer, the endangered Florida panther, and more than 28 different snake species are among the other fauna found in Everglades National Park.
The first activity is a trip on a special Florida airboat across the renowned "river of grass," which includes a live guide and a free pre-trip photo. Your guide will point out alligators, birds, and turtles while on the airboat. How it works:
- Download the Big Bus Tours app: Before your tour, download our free app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Add your booking: Open the app, tap ‘Add Booking’, and enter your booking reference number.
- Activate on the day: On the day of your tour, tap ‘Activate’ in the app to start your ticket. Your ticket will then be valid to show the driver and board the bus. Activation can only happen on your booked travel date.
Important Notes: Each group ticket must travel together using one device. If you want to travel separately, please print individual tickets before activating or contact us to split the booking. Keep your phone charged – your active ticket must be shown to board, and it works offline once activated.
For Millionair's Row Cruise: Please print your ticket voucher and present it at the Island Queen ticket booth (located in the center of Bayside Marketplace, adjacent to Tradewinds Waterfront Bar and Grill) at least 30 minutes prior to your chosen cruise departure time.

Voucher Validity:
- Remember that your vouchers will remain valid for the 6 months from the date of purchase.
Important Info:
- Strollers and Wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise, strollers must be folded.
- Luggage must be stored at the Island Queen Cafe (extra fee applied).
- Smoking is permitted on the cruise, in a separate area.

- Multiday tickets may only be used on consecutive days.
- Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you may use your own wired earbuds with a jack plug.

Everglades Tour:
- On the day of going for the Everglades tour, please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring water, and consider wearing a hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.
- Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. No Refund possible in such conditions.
Cruise Amenities:
- Light snacks (popcorn, candy, chocolate, Frito-Lay products) are available for purchase on board, and a cash bar offers sodas, beer, wine and a variety of cocktails and liquors.
- All vessels feature restrooms. Island Queen's modern yachts (The Island Queen, the Island Lady and the Miami Lady) feature air-conditioned lower salons with picture windows, and open air upper-decks with awnings to provide shelter from direct sunlight and light seasonal showers. Island Queen's smaller open-air vessels (The Bayside Blaster and the The Beach Lady) don't offer air conditioning, but have awnings to provide shelter from direct sunlight and light seasonal showers.
Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.

Disclaimer
