Redemption Info
- The voucher must be presented to the Toon Tour bus driver upon boarding; the bus driver will collect the voucher and issue a separate printed ticket with a QR code on it.
- Each time a ticketholder boards the bus; they must scan the QR code at the ticket machine.
- Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
- The company or tour operator will not provide a refund if ticket is misplaced.

- The tour starts just outside of Central Station, Newcastle. You can hop on and hop off at any stop along the route within a 24 hour time period.
- Anyone who has purchased a discounted ticket must present proof of their entitlement to the discount when giving the voucher to the Toon Tour bus driver; if this is not presented, we reserve the right to refuse the voucher.
- Buses are wheelchair accessible.
- The bus accommodates one wheelchair on the lower deck of the bus.
- Guests can bring folded buggies and small dogs on board.
- You will receive an e-ticket for this tour.
- There may be disruptions due to weather, traffic, and events. Refunds due to weather will not be issued unless the service is suspended due to weather.
- Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Once booked, this tour cannot be cancelled. The tickets can be rescheduled for another day.
- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
- You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
- Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
