Bellver is the kind of castle that one can only imagine. Constructed more than 700 years ago in the gothic style, it is a magnificent round white building. During the Middle Ages, Palma was a strategically significant city, and the castle originally housed the Mallorcan rulers before being converted into a jail. - At our bus stops, provide the staff member with your printed or mobile ticket, and they will give you a receipt that you may use to board the bus.
- Passengers can board at any stop and simply exchange their booking voucher with the driver/street staff at that point.
- Your booking voucher will expire after you exchange it for a ticket.
- The company or bus operator will not provide a refund if a voucher or ticket is misplaced.

Hop-On Hop-Off Bus:
- The last bus serving Poble Espanyol (Stop 9) and Bellver Castle (Stop 10) is the one departing from Stop 1 at 5:15pm, arriving at Poble Espanyol at approximately 5:35pm and at Bellver Castle at approximately 5:45pm.
- As a general rule, the last bus at the castle departs downhill at 5:45pm.
Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
- The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.
