- You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the Driver/ Street Staff. However, the first stop is BATALHA.
- You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

- After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

- Guests are recommended to check with their cruise lines which berth terminal the cruise ship will be docked in Porto.
- Guests whom are arriving into North Passengers Terminal (Leca Da Palmeira) will be required to make their own way into Porto city centre where there are numerous City
- Sightseeing Stops. The local authorities do not allow City Sightseeing tour buses to stop at or near this North terminal.
Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time.
- You must contact us through email. The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.
