- Following the Alcatraz Tour, which is a self-guided audio experience that can be enjoyed at one's own pace, guests will be responsible for returning to their hotel.
- Alcatraz reservations are first come first serve, all reservations are finalized (5) days prior to your departure date. Please email tours@graylineofsanfrancisco.com up to 5 days in advance to confirm your Alcatraz tickets.
Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 14 days before the activity/tour start time.
- If you cancel your booking less than 5 days before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 5 days before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
