- Multiday tickets are valid only for consecutive days.

- You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
- Stops and timings are subject to alter. There will be an updated map on the bus.
- There may be a small delay in the bus's arrival and departure schedules.
- Complimentary earphones are available, or you may choose to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector.
- Tours will proceed in all weather conditions, whether it is raining or sunny. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the service is suspended because of it.
- Road closures and heavy traffic can result in delays, reduced trips, and route modifications. We'll make every effort to deliver a seamless and regular service! Under these circumstances, there will be no refund.

Cruise ship passenger information:
- RED Sightseeing buses are available to meet all cruise ships arriving in Stockholm, including those at Frihamnen (F634, F650, and F658) and Stadsgården (S167), starting from 08:00am. Throughout the day, all buses will operate at the port as part of the regular route.
Cancellation Policy
- To get the full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the activity/tour start time. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time, you will not get any refund.
- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
- The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.
