What we do not provide

3 Bookings & Payment
Booking process
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference and e-ticket. No booking exists until this email is sent.
Pricing
- All prices are displayed in your selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Prices are dynamic and may change at any time prior to booking confirmation
- The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees

Payment

4 Cancellations & Refunds

- Non-refundable: Clearly marked — no refund on cancellation
- Partial refund: Some tours offer a partial refund outside the free window
How to cancel
Log in to your account → My Bookings → Cancel, or contact our support team with your booking reference. Cancellations must be submitted before the deadline to qualify for a refund.
Operator cancellations
If an Operator cancels a tour, you will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days. We will notify you by email immediately.
Refund processing
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your card issuer)
- Service fees charged by Hop On Hop Off Bus Tickets Worldwide are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an Operator error
5 Best Price Guarantee
Hop On Hop Off Bus Tickets Worldwide guarantees that the price you pay on our Platform will not exceed the price available directly from the Operator or on any other publicly accessible booking platform at the time of booking.
How to claim
- Find the same tour, same date, same option at a lower price on another site
- Contact us within 24 hours of booking with a link to the lower price
- We will verify and refund the difference if the claim is valid

6 Operator Responsibility
The Operator is solely responsible for the delivery of the tour or activity, including safety standards, guide quality, vehicle condition, and fulfilment of the advertised experience.

- Tour descriptions and details are provided by Operators and may change without notice

- Operators may substitute vehicles, routes, or commentary where operational circumstances require
7 Liability & Disclaimers
Hop On Hop Off Bus Tickets Worldwide's total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.
We are not liable for:
