- The tour staff will be present with a white umbrella 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start times.
- To complete the entire route, passengers are required to board before the final departure time; subsequent services conclude at the Alcázar de Toledo.
- Walking and cathedral tours are conducted as group experiences with predetermined departure times.
- Entry to the cathedral is guided and organized; independent exploration without a guide is not permitted.
- The guided walking tour is available daily at 13:00 and 16:00, lasts approximately 90 minutes, and departs from Plaza de Zocodover with a guide holding a white umbrella.
- The guided Cathedral tour occurs daily at 16:15, lasts around 60 minutes, and convenes at the traffic lights near Toledo Cathedral.
- It is advisable to wear comfortable footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.
