- Consumption of drinks and food is prohibited inside the concert arena; they may only be enjoyed in the bar area.
- Strollers are not permitted within the performance hall. However, arrangements can be made to leave them in the cloakroom.
- The concerts take place in Vienna's Schönbrunn Palace Theatre, specifically in the White-Gold Room or the Great Gallery on select occasions.
- Seating for the concert is categorized. The front, middle, and back sections are designated by the classifications VIP, A, B, and C.
- Each of our performance rooms features a concert bar where guests can savor a variety of beverages both prior to and during the intermission.
- Coats, jackets, and other outerwear, as well as large backpacks and umbrellas, must be checked in at the cloakroom. Immediate payment is required for the cloakroom service, which incurs a fee.
- Recording of music, images, videos, or any other form of media during the performance is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to take personal photographs before or after the show.
