- You may redeem your Mobile or Printed voucher at: Vienna Pass office located at 3-5 Opernring, no. 17-24, directly opposite the Vienna State Opera.
- The time slot tickets for Schönbrunn must be picked up from the Group Centre / Arrival Centre.
- In exchange for your voucher, you will receive a ticket, which you are required to retain until the expiration date or the conclusion of the tour.
- Please verify your ticket to ascertain its expiration date. Once you have exchanged your voucher for a ticket, the voucher will no longer hold any validity.
- In the event of loss of the voucher or ticket, the company shall not be responsible for any refunds.

How Does the Vienna Pass Works:
- The Vienna Pass will get activated after the first usage of any attraction by scanning the barcode or QR code.
- The pass will be valid for the consecutive days from activation.
- The Pass allows only signle entry to the attractions, except for the Vienna Hop on Hop off bus that can be visited unlimited times with in the duration/ validity of the pass.
- Vienna Pass allows Skip the Line entry in some of the attractions.
- Please check the individual websites of all the attraction to know about the opening time. Opening times are also mentioned in the guidebook provided with the pass.
- Children from 0-5 years are entitled to travel for free if accompanied with a full paying adult.
- Please bring your ID card to show at the counter
- Add ons to the attraction list: Heidi Horten Collection, House of Strauss Museum, House of Habsburg Tour, Josephinum, Palmenhaus Schönbrunn and the House of Austrian History.
- The time slot tickets for Schonbrunn must be collected from the Group Centre / Arrival Centre.
- It is recommended to pick up the admission tickets for Schonbrunn Palace early in the morning, especially on weekends, public holidays and during peak travel times, and not to plan the visit to Schönbrunn on the last day of validity for multi-day passes.
- Passengers to take Shuttle service must arrive in good time at the desired departure time in order to reserve a seat for the desired or next journey, depending on availability.

- Modifications/ changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the activity/ tour start time. You must contact us through email.
- The activity/tour's local start time determines the cut-off times.

- There may be unexpected changes in the route or timetable due to traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals, or other unanticipated situations. During major events, summer vacations, and weekends, the city will be quite busy. We will do everything we can to provide a smooth and consistent service! In such cases, no reimbursement is allowed.
- Tours run regardless of the weather. Weather-related refunds will not be issued unless the service is discontinued due to inclement weather.
- The service provider preserves the right to amend or cancel the itinerary due to city events or force majeure.
